The hotel had a central location in the shopping complex. Caring property staff of at least 3 plus two managers.

By and large, it was excellent place for sightseeing in Muscat, had much fun.

Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to nice restaurants in the shopping complex over the bridge. The rooms were luxurious, with comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel provided a kitchenette with a washing machine, and even supplied washing powder and milk in the fridge. The pool and gym looked great, although we didn't have time to use them. The service and facilities definitely exceeded our expectations.

The only small downside was that the WiFi was not available at the front entrance, which made it difficult for us to communicate with our drivers.

Breakfast is highly recommended, as is the pool on the roof. Friendly staff, spacious rooms

the hotel is fairly clean, nestled in an extremely clean building with a rooftop restaurant. the location is magnificent and perfect, right by nice restaurants in the shopping complex over the bridge and shopping area, you cannot beat it. every time in muscat, i choose this place.

We stayed for two nights but ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. The hotel provided daily bottled water, fresh and clean bed sheets, and a spacious room with air conditioning and a safe. It was quiet and we slept comfortably on the comfortable bed. The TV had a few English channels and they even showed premier league football. The staff, including Iryna, were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, a cinema, and a short drive to the beach. Highly recommended!

By and large, it was brilliant base for sightseeing in Muscat, had much fun and met very very helpful staff in the reception desk. The rooms were brand-new and extremely pleasant, had shower facilities, a bidet, and slippers. The location for our purpose was excellent and absolutely perfect, close to a motorway. The property was set in a lovely area❤😃

The hotel offered a wide variety of amenities including a gym and swimming pool, which was great for staying active during my business trip. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to major transportation hubs and had easy access to nearby attractions. Another advantage I enjoyed was the hotel's complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of options to choose from.

One of the negative aspects was the lack of professionalism from the staff, particularly the administrator at the buffet. The employee seemed more concerned about monitoring what guests were taking rather than providing a welcoming atmosphere.
